Rates

Base Fee
The fee for counseling services at Pathways Professional Counseling is $80.00 per hour.

Subsidized fee available
Because we are generously supported by the contributions of concerned Alabama Baptists, we are able to offer a subsidy for clients who request it. We believe that it is important for you to be invested in your counseling with both your time and money, but we do not set the fee for you.

We recommend that you consider as a guideline, $1.00 for every $1,000.00 of annual household income. For instance, if your family earns $25,000 a year, we recommend that you consider paying $25.00 per session. We will not turn anyone away from our counseling center for financial reasons. We ask simply that you consider how much you want to invest in your counseling and the subsequent changes it will produce.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  We prefer check or major credit card payments. We do take some insurace plans.  Please call Dianne Price for questions concerning insurance options at 1-866-991-6864.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $25.00 fee for failed appointments.
