HANNAH JAMES

Hannah James was born and raised in central Florida. After getting married, she and her husband moved to Birmingham, Ala., which brought her to Pathways Professional Counseling as the Insurance Billing Specialist. After a few years, Hannah was promoted to Administrative and Financial Coordinator, and a few years later, to Director.

As the Administrative and Financial Director, Hannah coordinates counselor statistics and oversees finances. She also manages our credentialing of counselors to insurance panels and helps Pathways work towards being good stewards of our finances. She is grateful to serve alongside people whose goal is to care for the needs of others while doing her part to accomplish that goal through administrative duties. 

Hannah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses on Business and Religion through Liberty University. She enjoys being able to serve her community and local church in many ways. Hannah has been at Pathways since 2015.
