Krista serves Pathways with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. With 20 years of administrative experience, she brings expertise in managing a fast-paced front desk environment. As a seasoned Receptionist and Receptionist Field Trainer, Krista ensures that every visitor is greeted with efficiency and care.

A Birmingham, Al. native, Krista attended high school in West Birmingham, where she was actively involved in The National Beta Club, National Honor Society, Student Government Association, Choir, and Drama Club. She also served as High School Newspaper Editor and graduated with an Honors Advanced Endorsed Diploma. She now resides in Trussville, Alabama, with her husband and two dogs. Krista is an active member of True Love Church and has a deep passion for volunteering, giving back, and supporting her team.

She joined Pathways in February 2025.
