Magdalene Crump is passionate about working with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults. She is also focused on supporting those who have experienced trauma, understanding the profound impact it can have on a person's life.

Adopting a holistic perspective, Magdalene believes in considering all aspects of a person's life and history. She uses tailored methods to meet the unique needs of each client, aiming to enhance their overall well-being and maximize positive outcomes.

Magdalene uses an integrative counseling approach—blending therapeutic theories and practices—with a strong emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. Her primary goal is to assist clients in unlocking their potential and evolving into the best versions of themselves.

Magdalene is committed to creating a safe and judgment-free environment where clients can freely explore strengths and concerns. She is dedicated to supporting their personal growth and is excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Before joining the Pathways Professional Counseling team in March 2025, Magdalene gained valuable experience through various internships and positions. She worked in an acute hospital geriatric unit, assisting older adults dealing with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and cognitive decline. Additionally, she provided support in a private practice, helping children, adolescents, and adults, and worked at a university counseling center, where she supported young adult college students. Her experience encompasses individuals across all stages of life.

Outside of work, Magdalene enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cat. She is passionate about volunteering and community service outreach and is an active member of the local Pilot Club and her church. Currently, she lives in Auburn with her husband and her cat, Munchkin. She enjoys outdoor activities, sports, singing, and drawing.
