Birmingham, AL

FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Birmingham office. As a Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our ministry’s first impression for guests and visitors. It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors, and members, help them with directions or any appropriate information they need while maintaining high level of ministry confidentiality. You will be professionally answering phone calls in a polite tone and re-directing calls to respective departments. As the receptionist, you will perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, etc., assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities.

Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong interpersonal and communications skills. Applicants must be a Christian and actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a high school diploma, a valid Alabama driver’s license, and must pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

North Alabama

COUNSELOR

We are seeking a full-time counselor for the Huntsville, Decatur, and Athens area. Applicant must be able to work with children, teens and adults with a wide variety of presenting problems in counseling. One primary responsibility will include working with children through attachment-based issues. Applicant must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communication skills.

Applicant must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work from a CACREP accredited/equivalent school. Must be either licensed or licensed eligible in Alabama. Applicant also need to have a valid Alabama driver’s license and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.
