BASE FEE

The fee for counseling services at Pathways Professional Counseling is $150.00 per session.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Credit cards are the preferred form of payment for security and ease of use. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file. Cash and/or check may be used if paid at time of session.

INSURANCE

We will be happy to explore filing for insurance rate-based fees as well. Most of our counselors do accept some insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, TriCare, Viva, and many Employee Assistance Programs. Coverage depends on your specific plan’s behavioral health benefits. For a list of in network providers, you can call the member services number located on the back of your insurance card. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged a $25.00 fee for failed appointments.
